Waldek Krawczyk
About 100 employees work in our plant in Krotoszyn. One of them is Waldek Krawczyk, technical manager.
He tells about himself:
“My name is Waldek Krawczyk and I am 41 years old. I live in Krotoszyn, I am a happily married man and father. I grew up in a little town next to Krotoszyn, where Krepel started producing its wooden boxes.”
Since his childhood he dreamt of work in the woods. Due to this memory he chose his profession in the timber-industry and after many years of experience became a professional wood designer. In 1997 Waldek started working at Krepel.
“At the beginning it was a very busy period. Within a few months I grew from ‘standard employee’ till ‘foreman’. And after a year I promoted to Production Manager. Starting from this period, our company was very busy with the construction of a new production hall, development of new products, calculations and investments in the production area.”
Working at Krepel gives me the opportunity to become better at my work and provides me with a special working experience.
My hobbies are sports with a lot of movement, for example power exercises, soccer, tennis and driving.”
